Appearance
The look of your homepage before entering your community of InterHub was truly astonishing. The image that you used and the navigation that you had implemented into the homepage was truly wonderful. It really grabbed my attention and got me interested in seeing what your forum would look like beyond the home page. Upon entering the forum of InterHub, the banner was a bit basic and didn't seem too unique but it did fit the theme. The colors of your theme really stuck together and suited well and made the site look diverse and appealing to the eyes. The forum icons that you used for each individual forum also suited the categories and made the forums pop out a bit more and catch the attention of others. Overall, your forum's appearance seems pretty good and really caught my attention.
Layout
Your forum layout seems to be really well developed. You have a good amount of categories and a good amount of forums in each of the categories to keep things running smoothly. I really enjoy the overview part of your forum that is above all the categories. I feel like that really helps keep things running smoothly statistics wise and category wise because it shows all the recent topics, members, replies, views, and even the top posters. That will really help keep the organization and the activity growing in your site as time progresses and your forum get more popularity. Overall, you have a great layout going for your forum and I think that your forum will do well with the progress that it has already gotten so far.
Statistics and Activity
Your site so far has 1,826 posts, 319 threads, and 67 members. That is pretty good for a forum that has been around for a short 4 months but then again, if your site is also a general discussion forum then you should probably have more threads and posts and possibly members then what you already have. You have a good amount of everything but I would recommend getting more members and possibly requesting a package soon to get more threads and possibly more posts on your site to keep the community rolling and keep the members busy with posting. That way, your forum will grow and get more popularity as time goes on. Overall, you have good activity and your statistics are pretty good but they could be worked on a tad bit as well but I wouldn't worry too much on this right now.

With 1,826 posts and 319 threads on your site. You have given your members a lot to post. But if you do the math. 1826/319 is about 5 posts per thread. Meaning that not a lot of your threads are getting much popularity as the others or some just don't have any replies. Try encouraging your members to post in the threads more and help get your forum's post count to rise. That way, you will get other members to do the same and possibly even post more threads for your others to post in. Overall, your forum has a good amount of content but just remember that you need to keep your members to make threads and not have them rely on you or your staff to make threads.
Organisation and SEO
Your sites organization is solely dependent upon the amount of categories and forums that your site contains. You have a good amount of forums and categories so I do not feel that organization is any bit of an issue for your site. As for SEO, you will need to try and use words and phrases that Google, Yahoo, Bing, ect. will pick up and notice more. Try using those kind of words in a topic as the subject name or something. That way you will get more visitors and get higher up on the search engines. Overall, your site has a great organization and SEO will just take some time to get used to.
