Basic Review
Site Name: Kidsklips
Site Type: Kids Entertainment.
Age: ~2 months.
Appearance
The site is very bright and multicolored, which is a huge turn off to me. I understand that it's a kids site but I think you could incorporate something to make the site more "kiddy" rather than having bright blinding colors. All around the background is unappealing, and tough on the eyes. The links in the top right are a little hard to see too. Perhaps you could make the text a little bigger, or move it to a better location. Or simply change the background to make the text a lot more legible. Additionally, the content on your site seems to just be "floating" there, with the lack of border on the theme.
Overall, the theme needs a lot of work. As I mentioned above the bright colors are really tough on the eyes, and are very unappealing. I feel that starting over with a fresh new theme would ultimately be the way to go. However; if you wish to keep the current theme I would strongly suggest changing the background.
Layout
The first thing that I noticed is something that I have already mentioned above, the top right navigation. This kind of goes along with the appearance, I would either change the background to make that navigation bar stand our more, or simply move it to a better location. Something else you could try is bolding the text to try to make it stand out more.
Another thing that I noticed is that you have a navigation bar for the categories of videos that you have (Entertainment, Funny, Health, etc) but you also have those categories listed under the main video on the home page. Personally I don't find a need for there to be two ways to access the categories so close together. I would suggest removing the category list from under the main video and moving the 'Popular Videos' or 'Featured' videos list under the main video. Also, you have your 'Blog' list where all the categories are listed in the main navigation bar. That could potenially be confusing to some people.
If you moved one of those, that would leave you with some empty space on the sidebar. With that empty space, you could move your advertising location from the footer to the sidebar. Also, speaking of your advertising space. I would strongly recommend that you link the images to an 'Advertising Information' page. On that page you could give statistics for your site, how much it costs to advertise, etc.
Statistics and Activity
Activity wise, it looks like you have been posting a decent amount of blog articles every few days. That's good, keep that up! It's a little hard to tell when videos are being uploaded though, so I don't really have much to say on that. The one thing I do have to say about your videos though, is the lack of comments. Maybe you could try requesting a posting package for your blog to get more comments on your videos, and blog articles.
Content
As far as content goes, you have quite a bit of it between videos and blog posts. However; going through category by category, I notice that some categories have quite a bit more videos posted than other categories. You should really try to keep an equal amount of content in each. That is something I would suggest you work towards doing.
Organization
I think I pretty much covered all of it in "Layout". In short, I would suggest removing the categories on the home page under the main video, and replacing that with either 'Popular Videos' or 'Featured Videos'. If you do that, I would also suggest moving your advertising place to the sidebar.
Another suggestion that I have, I would move the 'Subscribe' option in the footer to the sidebar as well. Personally I would place it above the 'Popular Videos' list. I feel that it would be easy to see there, and you may just get yourself more subscribers.

There is a lot of work that needs to be done on your site to make it more appealing, and to help it become more succesful. Please don't let this review disgrace you from continuing on with you site.
