Appearance
WebGuruBB, with its simple appearance, makes browsing easy for visitors though slightly boring too. A simple background can help, something related to webmaster forums. You can make use of the empty side space. I think this weakness is paid off with the style changer, though. It helps to give new atmosphere in the site over time once the usual theme becomes too boring.
The welcome message for guests is quite a good idea. Unfortunately you have so much white space between the left box and the picture at the right. Why not stretch the gray box over to cover the background of the picture and make use of the space for bigger welcome message and important links? The gray part actually doesn't match the other themes so much ("Love" for example). I'm not sure if it's possible to change it to match the theme, but if it can be done, it would be great.
The logo is quite good. It reflects the site's name well. It may lack more sparks, like bigger size or more stand-out fonts, or colors, and perhaps a slogan. That can help to liven up the header a bit. The category/forum icons are similar to another XenForo style I have seen before; yours is slightly more unique but don't really reflect "webmaster chat forum".
Layout
Layout wise, I don't think WebGuruBB have any problems with the categories and forums. All forums looked filled in properly, although if we compare the number of posts with the threads, it feels as if members are more interested in writing a reply than creating a new thread. Administrators of the site should lead by starting new threads and encourage members to make more threads, for example by offering more forum cash for new threads, or through other fun features if a member makes a specific number of threads. The categories/forums have been listed properly based on importance in relation to the forum's niche. One idea I want to share is the naming of the categories; you repeat the usage of "Community" twice in "Community Area" and "Community Discussion". While visitors or members might not look at the category names, using various words or vocabularies help to add impression of variety and professionalism of the forum.
Statistics and Activity
WebGuruBB has 6,709 posts and 101 members. Roughly it means 66 posts per member and 447 posts per week. For a forum almost 4 months old, I think those are satisfying numbers. There is quite a big difference in posts of three highest posters with the fourth position, around 700 posts. I'm not sure if orange is the color for moderator, but even so two administrators hold the highest posts and with big margins with the members. Although the two of you composed only 1/3 of the forum's total posts, you will have to explore more options to make members more interested in posting. Add content, give awards or rewards or fun features which can help to spark members interest.

I was trying to search for your forum rules and policy to start with, but I didn't find the thread at the new section. Then I realized you placed it at the bottom, at the footer. The forum rules is an important point so I suggest you to place it in a place easy to reach. Grammar wise there is nothing wrong with it. The posts at the forum, from what I can see, are in good quality as well. There are many webmaster forums out there so the discussions might not be as unique as expected. Still, you already have a member base so you can and need to start to add more diversity to the discussions (in relation with the number of threads as well) to make your site more unique. I noticed you have tutorial section; that can be a good place to start with to add high-quality articles.
Organization and SEO
From searching at Google and Yahoo, keyword "WebGuruBB" brought me exactly to your forum, which is a good start. "Webmaster Chat Forums" brought you in fifth place at Google and first place at Yahoo. Yet, keywords like "webmaster forums", "webguru", "forum management", and "webmaster article" didn't seem to yield good results. That shows that your forum's SEO is only limited to your forum's name and slogan. You will have to work on content more so people can find your forum's more by content too. WebGuruBB has rank 1 in Google PR. In Alexa PR, WebGuruBB is on 247,523 in global rank and 25,242 in India rank. Site is linked in 60 other sites. Your forum also doesn't seem to have a sitemap which can help for better indexing. Keep on improving this, spread more word together with adding content to improve the rank.

There are already many webmaster forums out there, so your forum will have to work hard to succeed. You seem to have quite a member base, forum appearance, and layout, but you need to explore more of members interest and invite more new members. This can be achieved by keep on adding content and work on the optimization of search engine results.
