Battle of the Boards / Awards Content

I have been thinking sometimes to do an battle of the boards/awards contest. Where many forums sign in and compete with their staff and members to compete in various challenges and win prizes. The best board would win some cash or other prizes. It would be a seasonal event held once a year.

Never tried it but I might sometime next year if there is a demand. I’d like to ask for some feedback if this would be welcome nowadays.

That's a good question and something to think about. I've been busy all day brainstorming, and have a few options in voting process.

Great idea! You'd definitely have to have rules in place. Especially as @Katrina suggested with those paying to win. What types of challenges did you have in mind?

What' I've got so far (Still in works of course)

Niche versus Niche: challenges would include write a specific niche related article, graphic design, few things like best appearance.
