Bayside Gamers had an attack to our admin control panel from the 8th January, one day I logged into my panel and it was blank like an sheet of paper, I was damn upset and I had no control, IT has taken two days to find the bad file with the help of IPS support team (they don't work weekends), anyway it got removed.
Yet ever since then I had been thought a hell in the passed week, if one thing gets fixed the other breaks. The list of things that I had to deal with
-cloud Flare settings are set that not support for IPS
-Seeing blocks that have an mind of it's own, if I remove one or add, another page goes weird. Turns out that it was fixed in a update, however it wasn't downloaded from the upgrade progress and so IPS team added it in no time after I repeated myself 50 times to them
-After the malware was removed, I deleted the FTP details with the ful public.html folder (CRAP), it was my bad. So I recovered it from the backup and had to remove the malware again
I spent hours and days working my bum off to get my website going again, plus I had my house on the market and a open home.
NEED YOUR HELP!!!
