BBQ Party...what to do? what to bring? etc...

So im having a bbq lunch party at my place, what ya think should be involved?

So far I'm providing the;

bbq the size of a small sofa 😛

hamburgers
hotdogs
ribs
chips
water
soda

bbq sauce
ranch dressing

music
xbox 360
swimming pool

I am allowing alchoholic beverages only if they bring them themselves.

I am providing free transportation, willing to pick up some of my people at work who don't have rides.

So far I got...

roughly 12-15 people coming and thats before I tell my people at work 😛

Am i missing anything?

its this saturday

this will be a "dress rehersal" and will be hosting bbq parties every couple weekends
 
ok thanks man, i got that down.

we'll see how this plays out as its our first "major" bbq and let alone...inviting some of my peeps from work

i want to go big or go home 😛

we stayed up, or at least i did till around 2am or so playing card games on the patio just listening to music
