I think it would be good if you had a custom logo / banner, otherwise the style is nice and the layout is good. Perhaps you could also do with a domain name if you want to take your forum really seriously.

lol.. I'm getting mine over next few days. Got to get to the bank to transfer funds to my credit card. But that doesn't affect the competition.
