1. First Impressions on our Arrival.
I just looked at your board and just having a brief glance, it looks great. I like the template and you have no empty forums (this being one of the key things I judge a forum on before I join). Perhaps you could have the banner in blue though to match the template.
2. Skin choice/colors and how it reflects the theme of the forum
I think a light skin is definitely suitable for your site. Also I like the skin because it is fixed width. Here I have no problems so I can't really say anymore.
3. Forum banner and how well it displays the forum's theme
This is an area that perhaps needs improving. Your banner is definitely the only bad thing in terms of the way the forum looks. In my view you should change the banner to blue and also make the b in bebo a capital B.
4. How well your Forum appeals to "Guests"
Your forum definitely appeals to guests. For a start you have a nice, professional looking template. As I've said before, the banner isn't great which is a slight downside. However back to good points, you have a domain which makes the site look more professional and therefore would tempt me to join even more. Also if you look in the chatbox, you can see that there is a referral competition with a decent prize (a domain) which would definitely entice me to join. Also, you have some nice looking graphics which would also make me want to join, as well as another place to promote my site. So it definitely has great appeal to guests, hopefully the members will start flowing in for you even more then they currently are!
5. Overall Outlook on your Forum's Appearance ( the entire set-up, Organizing of Categories and Boards)
The outlook for your forum is very good. The domain competition is a great idea and is generating you traffic. You have everything in place except the banner. Other then that you have a decent skin, some active members and a superb domain competition. Keep going with the success! Also the forums are very well layed out and well organised so no problems there.

The only reason for the banner being red, and the lower case 'b', is because that's how the bebo logo looks.
