As a new member I actually didn't get how to comment or post thread thanks to the knowledge I had on bizdustry so please on behalf on other new member about to join there should be a guideline that will show them how to post and comment
 
Please I don't know the conversion rate of FP to $ a d i can't find it under the account details

As for conversion, there is no converting FP to real money. It's only for use within the site itself.
