Appearance
I will start from the top. The website banner is way too small for me to actually notice something. With the script font type, "Believe Hosting" is almost hard to read, and the text below it is even harder. The banner gets even smaller when I switched to "Hosting Plan" page menu. I would suggest expanding the height of the banner, obviously. if you want and if you can, you can even create a banner with a width almost as big as your header's width so it will also cover the background for your navigation menu, which can give more professional feeling. The pictures you used for your banner are pretty good, although they seem only to be taken randomly from Google, not something from your website itself, designed especially for you. Moving to the body of the blog, I think it is in good setup. I just don't understand why there is a picture of tree and computer there, since you don't use such kind of combination anywhere in your website and doesn't truly match "believe" and "hosting". The footer is all good. I see you have a second smaller navigation menu set at the bottom left corner of the main page. Instead of being a repetition of the top navigation menu, you can simply put a back-to-top button for visitors for quick navigation. That way you won't use space for redundant things. "This Day in History" widget is interesting although it doesn't truly match your website need. I have no problem it being there though if you have other important information, such as free hosting or discounts you may prefer to write it there instead of the off-topic widget.
Layout
I think the layout is already pretty good. The home/index page is very short, though. To be able to invite visitors in viewing services you offer, you may want to put brief information of the hosting plans you have then leave redirection links to a more detailed hosting plan page as shown in your "Hosting Plan" page menu. You can use the space for client testimonials there for the brief explanation, and move the testimonials to today-in-history widget's place since it is rather off-topic. You may want to shorten your testimonials a bit; since you pack them all together like that, keeping them short will invite people to read more. As it is now it looks like a strange wall of text. For "Hosting Plans" page, you may want to make the link to order stands out more than the rest of the text. Also try to get the last column for expert plan as big as other columns so it won't shift the order link into two lines. When I clicked on "Contact" menu, it asks me to launch application like Gmail and so on. Maybe it will be better if that page consists of contact box where visitors can send you an e-mail directly for any issues they have.
Statistics and Activity
I hope you understand that I cannot judge statistics and activity for hosting like this since you have no apparent, lively statistics. Your support forum is very empty so either the hosted websites all go well or you haven't had many clients yet. If it is the latter case, then you will need to advertise it more, with nice features for new clients for example or discounts for your offers.
Content
Again, similar to statistics this is rather hard to judge. I don't know much about hosting and its technical details, but I think you have provided quite enough technical details a host should have. Aside from that, viewing your grammar, generally it is already good. I would suggest you not to use short version of words and be formal in your explanations. For example, in benefit column you wrote "stats tracker". It would have been better if you write it in full as "statistics tracker" so even those who are not familiar with short English words in worst case can still understand you.
Organization and SEO
A search conducted at Google and Yahoo with keyword "Believe Hosting" showed your website in first result. I tried with other keywords, such as "free hosting" or "cheap hosting" hasn't yielded result to your website yet. Google Page Rank is still 0. Alexa Page Rank is 3,623,745 with 5 site backlinks. There are not many backlinks made yet, especially at advertising/webmaster websites and forums where people are most likely searching for dependable hosts. That's where you can gain opportunity to meet your target audience. Expand your backlinks and you will grow better step by step.
