Greetings;

I am looking for a few reviews on my web host that has been up for close to a year. We have 54 active clients as of this moment. We offer nothing but paid plans + a month free trial. All based on 1 reseller, but we are soon going to add a new server for resellers.

I am looking for any type of review. If you have something really negative to say, do not say it here, PM me it instead and I will still give you your rep.

ALL REVIEWERS WILL GET +1 REP FOR HELPING ME.

Thank You! 😀

Here is my brief review. Unfortunately I am on my iPad so this is going to be brief bullet points.

- I like the name "BelieveHosting" even if it isn't particularly short.
- The slogan: "Where quality hosting meets its peak" is ok. It would be great if you could add something which relates to your domain here. Something like "Aspire to top quality hosting".
- I think the logo is good. Nice and simple.
- Your customer testimonials have nothing to show that they are real. It'd be great if you put up testimonials from forums and webhostingstuff and linked to them on your homepage.
- I would remove the "downtime" news on the front page.
- TheHostingTool wouldn't be my preference. It doesn't allow you, as a host, to charge for different time periods. Customers are forced to pay monthly.
- I would remove your community forums. It makes it seem like BelieveHosting only has a handful of clients rather than 54. Either that or make the forums more active.
- For design purposes you could match the blue order form with the website.
- I'd love to see a page where I could easily compare your shared plans.

Thank you for the quality feedback, Sam. New development options have been added due to your suggestions. +1 Rep

-- 18 Jul 2013, 20:18 --

Still looking for some more, great reviews!

I would like to say some things about your site. Firstly, the design is good. It would be better if you could change the font of the logo, because this font doesn't look very professional. In this page, you can add more colors. Maybe a good-looking background would be better. If I were you, I would delete the forum. You can create a blog for announcing upgrades and other things. Secondly, I have seen many hosting companies who support Paysafe payment. Paysafe can increase the number of your clients. Finally, plans are good and their prices are also good. You could organize a day when all new clients will have a 15% discount for web hosting. 🙂
