Best ad network that takes Paypal?

Hi,

I just turned 18 recently, so I was wondering what would be the best ad network that takes PayPal. I refuse to use AdSense, mainly because of stuff I heard about them, and they don't do PayPal. AdBrite doesn't seem to exist anymore so I was wondering the question above. Thanks.
