Best ads for low traffic website?

I want to place ads on one of my websites, but it only gets 6k visitors per month.
I didn't write any new post in months.
Which can be the best ads to place on the website even though it has low traffic?
Most visitors come from North America.

Adsense may still be worthwhile if its a good niche

you should be able to run adsense on more then one site at a time.
