Best advertising forum host

In your opinion, what is the best forum host for a advertising forum. Best if you don't have to download any mods and its easy to use.

for an advertising forum, you would be best downloading phpBB3 and modifying it, so you can get the services in.

Otherwise if you want basic services like post packages, reviews & signature ads, the host I'd recommend would be ProphpBB. You could also run a limited service in your forum footer as they have a footer code mod installed. Advertisement options can be extended by going for their Premium hosting option

It's all up to user prefernece, just search around and find the best that suits you, however for hosting, paid hosts are often the best for majority of reasons such as:

Uptime,
Support,
Availability,
etc.
