Best Captcha To Prevent Bots on Your Forum

What captcha service do you use to prevent bots from joining your forum?

I've been using Google Cloudflare, but I noticed lately some spam accounts have been getting through, and I removed them.

Cloudflare and Google Captcha are the best options. did you have any problems with these?
