Best CPM and CPC

I'm looking for an ad company that does both CPM and CPC. I've tried Adsense. I like their payout, but they banned me, and I don't want to deal with the tax info (though I do file my taxes!). I'm trying Adbrite, but it seems like their payout is terrible.

I'd prefer a payout by check. If a traffic value is needed, assume 5k uniques per month. Also I'd prefer CPM over CPC, but if there's a really good CPC network, post it.

If you'd like CPM & CPC, I think Clicksor does that. All you need is a min of 5k pageviews a month I think...

How are their payout rates (per thousand/per click)?

All I know is that for CPM it starts @ $0.003 per visit. (for Clicksor)

Try Payclick. They do both. Registration is quite simple too 🙂
