Best Forum Host / Offshore host

Long Time No See 🙂 hope you are all doing well?

I am wondering what is the best forum software to date ?

In the past I have used Mybb and was wondering if that is still good or is there anther one out there
that is better ?

I know of vbulletin software but it quite pricey and out of my range


Also Does any one know of how of any Good Offshore Hosts were they are NON DMCA and can allow anything

The Project I wanting to run is a Private Forum & Be Private and secure

You could just search offshore hosting and you will get a ton of sites, just do your research on the ones that stand out to you. As for forum software Xenforo is great for paid software, free software Mybb is still a good choice but I have always like SMF myself. There is a fork of SMF called ElkArte that is really great and a lot of features built in.
