What is the best free forum host that has the best features?
 
For free cPanel and domains go with trap17.com
Free forum hosts don't have a lot of features, but FreePowerBoards has some good ones.

Last week the owner put it up for sale. That's why I go with places that have been around for a while.

Yeah, I just noticed that they've merged with Pluto Host. Also, I went onto Entertainment-Hub and I noticed that it's dying ever so slowly. I don't know if the owner is just going to let it die and just work on the host instead, or what's going to happen there.
 
http://novahost.org/ is really good. IF you want to install phpBB or SMF, you can use their script installer to do it just about as fast as a free forum host. Else, you could just download the software you want, say MyBB, and upload it there via FTP. Free forum hosts are generally terrible, so I wouldn't recommend one.
 
The host that my community is running off of is http://www.regencyhost.com - One of their staff members is on my forum and they're a great and well trusted company and very reliable on support time and server uptime.

No issues and I absolutely love them 🙂

I am using Zetaboards, it is perfect for somebody who wants to make a forum but has no clue what they are getting themselves into. Great and easy interface to use.
 
freeforums is the only free host i really know and like easy to use to
