Best forum hosting ?

I want to host my forum using a better host however I want a free host that when ever you feel like it you can pay for it not sure if I explain my self. Anyhow is their a free hosting with a donating point system and reputation other than freeforums.org, I want to use a forum host that is 100% custom designs made, I also want to be able to import styles or even add scripts that get posts inside your forum. Please help 🙂

Why don't you just use cpanel? So you have full control

First off, you need to start putting your threads in the right place.

Secondly, Cpanel is a way of controlling your forum more thoroughly.

Just to clear the confusion are you looking for a free host, or a free forum host? They are different.

But if the free host supports domains names and forums Like SMF or vbulletien tell me them, I can purchase a license but I can't pay every month for the host.

XenForo. The license costs $140.

Its better than vbulletin and IPB.
