Best Free Host!

I thought there used to be a thread about best hosts, can't remember if there was a free one. Anyway i cant find it so i will start one:

List the best free hosts out there (for forums + blogs etc) Please try and say why they are good.. or use this template:

If I'm being honest I don't reall like any free hosts, but here is one okay one.

Host Name: X10 Hosting

Pros: It has the latest version of cPanel, No bandwidth or disk space limitations, good support, no hidden fees.
Cons: There is a fair use policy, not as much options as you would like, limited number of emails, FTP accounts and databases.

I currently use this host for my forums and it is THE best in my opinion 😀

Pros: Good up time, nice loading speed, decent support
Cons: Vista panel, less support for free hosting, no email service
