Best free hosting?

I am on a host that limits what even the admin does such as mass e-mail. Does anyone know any really good free hosting services that I could switch to?

Well, I know you can bulk email on Invisionfree and Zetaboards. How reliable they are is debatable, but they do a good job for being free.

Possibly the worst two free hosts around, try http://purejet.net/. They hosted me when I run the TopGear forum for a while, and didn't have a single problem with them. Very reliable ~smile~

The only thing with PureJet is that you have to have posts. But I guess it's alright.

I use Trap17. It is free hosting on paid servers.

My least favorite. I hate it really. They are very limited on what you can do with the skin, and most MODs require tons of java coding that doesnt work for everyone. Besides that, I dont like the admin panel. I know its based off SMF, but I really dont like SMF much either.
