Not forum hosts.

If you would like to have full control of your site/forum it's best to go with a paid host rather than a free host. Free hosts do run the risk of shutting down never to be seen or heard from again and with that you risk losing all the work you put into the site/forum. Paid hosting is the best way to go (if possible). I use Cirtex Hosting (http://cirtexhosting.com) and it's been a great experience. They offer cheap webhosting starting @ $2.99/month.

I dont think there is a good free host they all have ups & downs. Some come with stupid pop up ads some dont. Let me know if you find one 😉
