What band do you think is best live?

From the bands I have seen: Coldplay
From the videos I have seen: Linkin Park

In 2009, Muse was rated as the #1 live band.
In 2010, Arctic Monkeys was rated as the #1 live band.

Muse is THE best live band. They are so interactive. Matthew just goes crazy. Hell, he once took his guitar, smashed it into an amp, then jumped on a giant ball that was rolling by, and dived head first into the said amp. Chris had to dig him out XD

Iron Maiden
Satyricon
Black Sabbath
Billy Idol
Sonata Arctica
Kamelot
Ensiferum
Carcass
At The Gates
Machine Head
Arch Enemy
Saxon

I can never understand bands that smash up theyre equipment

Well they have the money don't they. When I saw Coldplay live with my mum they were real good but Stereophonics have been a great band to see live, also KoL are amazing as they just take the rip out of each another. When I saw Lostprophets live they absolutely rocked the show, it was so out of this world. I would love to see Muse live also.

OMG You saw Lostprophets? I want to see them SO BADLY! Lucky!

Yup xD.
My friends mum grew up with them in highschool and got us two backstage passes and met Ian and Lee and saw former member Mike.
Edit: Got too strum the red fender which belongs to Mike.

Muse for me, would love to see them live as well. Watched videos and they sound a lot like they do in their actual recording of songs. 😀

Money or not, they are valued possesions. Why not just give it away to someone who is interested in starting to play.

Someone went to alot of time and effort to make an instrument, only for some goon to smash it up. Makes no sense.

I wish I was you. Lol.

Acdc - They always put on a show, and did awesome moves, they are great.

Saw Wombats back a few nights ago performing some tributes and elder songs, was amazing especially when they introduced Ting Tings with a taste of there newer album. Also I have booked or going to book tickets for Libertines later in the year.

Roger Waters.

Pink Floyd is really good, but Roger Waters is really the one who can carry on the traditions in his live shows.

Shinedown no doubt. Brent smith gets so much into the music, Zach and Eric jump around, though they do have serious songs (.45, I Dare You, Simple Man). Additionally, Shinedown REALLY care about their fans. They do many tours, trying to go as many places as possible (right now they've been touring for 2 years straight), and have meet and greets at most concerts.

System of a Down is a close second. Serj (especially) does crazy crap on stage and the rest of the band just act stupid. Nearly a comedy show.

Tied for third is Killswitch Engage and Skillet.
Adam D from Killswitch is hilarious, yet has incredible talent. Howard Jones has an incredible vocal range.

Skillet has incredible energy on stage, and has great singers.

EDIT: Updated
#1 Unearth
#2 Shinedown, SOAD
#3 As I Lay Dying, Killswitch Engage
#4 Gwar
