What year was the year that had the best movies between 2000-2009? What was your favourite movie in that time?

For me.... I think it is the year 2006 that had the best movies and my favorite movies in that time were Pan’s Labyrinth, Departed and the Slumdog Millionaire of 2008......... :cheer:

2000-2009 was lacking in decent movies. I wouldn't say there was one single year, but a few of the best are Spirited Away (2001), Million Dollar Baby (2004) and The Departed (2006).

2002 was pretty good. LotR: the Two Towers, Spider-Man and Catch Me If You Can 🙂

I enjoyed: Dark Knight, 3:10 to Yuma, Ratatouille, The Pursuit of Happyness, The Prestige, 40 Year Old Virgin (The first movie me and my now wife saw together on a date), Shaun of the Dead, Terminal, Ocean's Eleven, Gladiator, Unbreakable.
