Best Open Source Forum?

Anyone know of a great open source forum i can download, unzip, and install to my website? Not like some website that does it all for you, but open source thats EASY and free.

That one is sort of inaccurate (or at least out of date). MyBB transitioned to GPL, and SMF 2 is going to support other databases. My best forums actually have been under MyBB. Other than the support and power, I'd even prefer MyBB to Invision (I'm still a license holder) and even vBulletin.
