I don't think you'll need quick reply, 'cause it'll come out with phpBB 3.0.6

when is phpbb 3.0.6 supposed to be released?

It will probably be a few months. The version with phpBB3.0.6 will be very basic though and the mod i posted is more advanced and better. Anyway for the time it takes to install the mod it is worth it even if you uninstall it when phpBB 3.0.6 comes out otherwise you will have no quick reply for the next few months. For 5 minutes work,you may as well install a better quick reply.

Yeah, and I like the options that the mods give you, phpbb makes everything hard with stuff like that

It is only really hard if you don't know or aren't confident in installing mods. If you are confident it isn't that bad really installing them manually. It also helps you learn how the forum works when you add the code for the mods yourself.

The one we have installed here is Advanced Quick reply, but seriously streamlined to fit in the featured forum. 🙂

I would like a quick reply box like this one of my forum, but without the featured forum and centered. If I could be bothered I would go and make it look like this one but I can't 😛

We use the advanced quick reply mod but it can show smilies and all the bbcodes aswell if you wanted it to.
