What are the best phpBB MODs in your thoughts?

Not a question that can be easily answered as it comes down to what your forum content is about and what mods your forum needs, a rule with phpBB you should only add mods if your site really needs it, no because you can. Plus what is a great mod for one forum is no good for another. A great phpBB mod is one that your forum can not do without.
