It looks fine just never visited webhosting/webmaster site in colorful theme. Most of them have used a darker theme.

Yes, the domain name sense for a community and I believe the same community can be for webmasters, just your content will make it.

Just a little suggestion. The theme is very bright and can hurt many people's eyes. I know for me, as just having LASIK surgery just 3 weeks ago, I am still sensitive to light. Your forum is mostly white and other bright colors which would prevent me from browsing.
