Better userbars

Guys, i have some staff userbars for traffic masters that i'd like re-done.
current ones:
admin~
Global mod~
parcel team~
Review team~
i wanted a re-do to see if i could get something better or more professional, maybe with lines and shadows, or a reflection.
my re-do: green text black backround, lines, shadow, reflection.
any re-do is fine, give it your best shot, cash or rep is going to be given
