Your Quick Review​

Pros:
-Your forum does not have any empty forums.
-Your banners at the top look nice for the most part.
-Your statistics look decent at a glance.
-Several staff members have been online in the past twenty-four hours. This makes your staff members seem quite active.

Cons:
-Your template is very awkward. The background image doesn't make much sense with your otherwise bright template. I also am not a big fan of light blue with white. Your banners also look a bit out of place in the header. If you can make them occupy more of the area above the navigation bar, then do it. It would be better to have less empty space in your header. I'm not a big fan of the theme in general, though; you may want to look for a new one, depending on feedback from your members.
-Some of your forums lack descriptions or have grammatical errors in their descriptions. Make sure every forum has a description that is error-free to the best of your ability.
-Your index is very long. This may make it difficult for users to navigate your site. I recommend condensing your index.

Final/General Thoughts: Good start! There are still some things to be done, though.

Forum's strong points: Your staff members appear active. You also have nice banners.

Improvements to make: I think you need to make some improvements to your template, layout, and descriptions.
