First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I see that you have alot of themes to choose from. I personally dislike the facebook one, my favourite is by far the Splash [Fixed] one. Your themes are every clean and your logo compliments each and every one, so no matter the users taste they will always have a choose of theme.
Im not really sure what you favicon is about to be honest? It looks like an extended H from what I can see? Maybe a new favicon would be best for your users and making it clear what it is. one more thing I would like to mention in this section is that on your forum description in the tab on my browser is says 'Bibbo.org - Powered by vBulletin'. I'm not an expert with VB but I think you should be able to change this. I would change to a slogan or something catchy.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I'm currently looking on your Splash theme bacause I think it is by far the best. The reason for this are: It is more colourful and looks stylish. The template is clean and easy to use. It's really easy to navigate and post on. Main reason: Unlike the facebook template the theme really catches your eye when going on to it.
I like your Icons, there easy to spot when new post/ old post because the opacity has been turned down. There also not to bright and showy like many, many icons I have seen in my time!

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Current stats: Threads: 1,603, Posts: 3,984, Members: 248 .
These are good stats but when i found out your forum has been open one whole year I changed my mind. You can do alot in one year and the stats don't match up to the overall feel of the website. Matching up the date to the members mean you are egtting a member about every 2 days, thats okay but not outstanding.
I feel with some real effort and time you can get your forum ALOT more active then it currently is. Your forum looks beautiful but the stats dont match the look sadly

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Staff are very, very inactive. Your moderator hasn't been on since 2009! Also, your PTL only has 34 since 2009 either. As for the Admin he is the only one really active, Last activity was 2 days ago. If you want to run and active forum you have to be active aswell. Members are not just going to walk in and sign up?
I recommend a another admin or a new mod to keep the forum active and legit.

We want what the community wants. Our forum will be the better if the community is happy.
To be honest this does not stand professional at all. This should be re-worded into a proper list of instructions. One of the first things a new member does is look at the rules and this will not impress them. Generally, most of the posts are decent! Good grammar and looks professional.
