First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
First things first I really love the Facebook style. It really makes things look great, plus, it helps for guests who are unacquainted with forums, but use the Facebook, so they are able to jump right in, with a skin that they are used to.
I really like how the member profiles are just like facebook profiles, but for a forum. That's a great addition.
The layout also seems to be in a good order, I do notice a few issues, and I will delve into that later. Overall, first impressions are great for a guest, especially due to the facebook, easy to use, style.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The first category is perfect, other than one small issue, it shouldn't be called " General ".
Name it something like " Front Desk " or " Bibbo.org Home " or something along those lines.
The chill zone seems to be ordered perfectly too, but I don't see why you have a board for sports, then in the next category, a board for " Outside the HD " in which you specifically say in the description is for sports discussions.
I'm going to be honest, this entire " Other " category needs to go. Every board has less than 5 topics except the advertising section. Coding and programming can be integrated into Technology, and Technology can be moved into the Chill Zone, and Debates can become a subforum of General.
The rest of that category can just be trashed, because it really is just a waste.'
Same with the " Market " the market category should go, and you should just have one board called " Market " or " Buy/Sell " and leave it in the Chill Zone.
Nothing else really with the layout, just those few issue.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
I'm going to suppose you mean July 2009 by " Beginning of Summer " and I'm going to estimate you have been open about 2 and a half month at this point, and you have 3 k posts, 133 members ( All are active, a major plus ). This is good for your forum. That's roughly 1 k posts per month, even if the board opened sometime in June, and for such a new board, 1 k a month is great. It took me about 6 months to finally get momentum on my forum, and you have 1 k a month in less than 3, which shows major devotion on your end.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
It's just you as staff from what I can tell. You always welcome new members, and you're always kind from what I can tell.
I would suggest picking up a global mod to help balance the work load at some point, but for now, you're all set.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Spelling, grammar, and professionalism are all perfect.. so from a rating point of view, it's perfect.
However, I notice your Chill Zone descriptions are extremely repetitive. IE:
" Anything Music Related Goes Here "
" Anything Graphic Related Goes Here "
" Anything Gaming Related Goes Here "
It kind of draws me away from reading anything in those categories, when they have such boring, repetitive discussions. For example, for the Gaming category, a description like " Want to brag about how many kills you racked up last night, or how many races you won? " would be so much better to draw people in, for sports, something like " See your favorite team kick ass last night on TV? Win your last lacrosse game? " would be a lot better at drawing people in, then a boring description like " Anything about sports goes here ".
So, I took a few points off, don't take it personally, it's just the boringness ( not sure if its a word ) of your descriptions causes troubles.

Final Remarks:
I really like the forum to make a long story short. There's not a lot of issues other than those layout problems and the descriptions. The facebook theme is a major plus and an asset at getting new members.

I don't join forum anymore, but if I was a guest, I would be drawn in more if the descriptions were a little better.
