Well. We closed down the promotion board.
Why?
Because honestly, I can't run a promotion board when I have to do ALL of the following:
-Reviews
-Packages
-All the services
-Editing templates, adding banners, etc...
-AND making sure people have services for the right amount of time
The staff (mods, etc) did a great job and the services were not part of their job, so that's ok.
Now Bibbo is a discussion board.
With only 3 rules.
No warez.
No spam.
No porn.
Freedom of speech is allowed! Everything else except those 3 are allowed.

We kept all of the old posts and put them in the Archives and are in the middle of moving topics (that are discussions) to the appropriate forums. We also kept an Advertising forum so people can put up an ad...It's not a promotion board it's just one spot where people can put up an ad.
Anyways, that's what's happening with it!
