It looks like the US is stuck with a Biden vs Trump rematch. I was kind of hoping things would play out a little differently and we would see someone new pop in that could give the country some hope.

If Biden wins, he'll keep spending money again, sending the country down into oblivion. If Trump wins, the Democrats will just keep impeaching him over and over again and nothing will get done.

Are we doomed either way?

If they do, they look like foolish idiots. Yeah. This would be Trump's second term. And after that, he's gone. You can only do two terms/eight years.

Impeachment in second terms are worthless, and retarded.

I think it's a great move to keep our southern border secure under Trump regardless of the people funding politicians gain nothing out of it. All Politicians are criminals and no one is going to prison. I would hate to pay for some, even if not all of the college debt with my hard-earned money which never put a dime there. By the sounds of that deal, it still has limitations, which is proven by contradiction to what they are saying. If you want to work hard and know the unavailability of the job market, the inflation of money over time, and the interest would be a cat-and-mouse game to anyone trying to better themself if they keep the same handlers of the guy who has dementia in power.

Trump was more of a working-class-sided president. He wanted our economy to thrive. From foreign policy, buying for our strategic reserves if fuel prices get high. To make deals to keep us out of war and lose the fights we can't take. The sentiment my dad always says is we wouldn't be at war with Russia because it started with NATO and our leaders teasing things that Putin didn't want. We wouldn't be inflating our currency because of the excess proxy Ukraine war spending. And if our currency doesn't want to be used by other countries for that matter and they go to BRICS currency, we'd lose out on our national economy. We are struggling with Hamas because, with Trump not in power and no one doing anything about it, they can go about a lot of corrupt and violent things that they can just accept over there. If anything the only pro of Biden in power is a lot of people see this and will vote for Trump again giving him all he can before the Republican Party dissolves into a bunch of rhinos again siding with Dems because they both get rich and again not give two pennies to the border more than they have to.
