I will prefer to use 5 inch phone than using 7 inches tablet.I will call tablet excellent one if it is above 7 or 10 inches. Otherwise, large sized phones like Xperia Z and Samsung galaxy S4 are winning the battle but they will be costly to buy. If you want to afford cheap equipment, then buy 7 inch tablet for use.
