You should get a new theme, or at least change the logo.
Many people in the graphics exchange would be glad to do it, I think MissTakes style would fit your forum good.
Other than that it looks pretty good, the only thing I can recommend is making the link clickable in the first post (Yea people are lazy). And add some more threads, get discussions GOING, you don't have to continue them, you can't, but start them.
EDIT: I just refreshed and some changes were there. One thing I would recommend now is go back to what you had, that style is horrible, just horrible. You need a visually appealing theme. Yours is not.
