Hello, everyone. My name is bill. I have been on Internet communities since the very early days. I was a member of the BBS community and later Usenet. I still enjoy forums as a way to communicate with people from all around the world.

I hope to find plenty of fine people here.

It's a bit of a tale. I was a member of a community some ten years ago, and it disappeared quite abruptly. I was in a nostalgic mood the other night and decided to search for the community on DuckDuckGo. It seems that the community was advertised quite prolifically on this forum, so that's how I found this community. I made a mental note to sign up because this community looked quite interesting, so that's what I did.
