What billing software do you use in your website?

Additionally, what modes of payment do you accept? Do you accept cards, UPI, Paypal and what else?

I mainly use PayPal to me just makes things easy. There are certain software and websites that have their own billing system built in like Etsy and Shopify.

I use WHMCS for the backend and several services that go along with it, PayPal ECT.

Paypal and Stripe for the payments, Finly for my main SEO clients (who are on a monthly retainer).

Yeah, PayPal offers options in America, then to the UK Xd

Don't know why, gotta be based on what is allowed or based on what they can and can't do, based on permissions and banks
