That's initially what I bought it for, and was very surprised to see it unregistered. Couldn't find if it was a registered trademark, so I grabbed it.

As far as I could see it wasn't (they don't have the TM on the logo anyway), so i'm guessing they're just planning to let it go. However if the buyer manages to beat out their Google traffic, they may contact them about it. As long as the buyer doesn't interfere with their stuff I don't think they'll do much, still good to be aware though 😀
