First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I love the Summer Fun skin. Everything about it. Just so much life on the forum all around with the colors used, and everything is so complimentary. The banner is very clever, and looks great with the bikini babe, and flocking birds on the opposite side; then directly underneath, a great beach front setting.
The images used for each category are a very nice touch as well. As well are the forum icons. Very nice, and personal touch they provide the forum.
The only thing that really takes away from the forum look, is the chat box. It's just look like a big block of white, with text in it. I'd prefer if it had some color, or somehow matches the theme of the forum. Just looks like a plain and default designed chat box that was added just to be there.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I've got plenty to suggest; and ways to better organize your forum more professionally, so get ready.
First off, The welcome zone. This needs to be as small as possible, usually only constisting of 3-4 boards. You want your Nest News at the very top. Followed by Inside the Nest ( which i feel should be changed to Help in the Nest). Then, lastly, Introduce Yourself to the Nesters! Those 3 boards should be all that are needed in the top category. Like a job application. You first find out what it's about with the news. Then ask questions, Help ... then, apply, with introducing yourself.
Now, I think you need to make a new category just under the Welcome category. Titled something like, Nesting Members. This will contain all boards that have to do with members and personal topics. Move the following Boards in this section, possibly in the order I'm suggesting. The Personal Forum --- Members Personal Places! ( those two seem like tpoics can be combined into one); Members Pics; Birthdays & Post Congratulations.
You also have the option of placing the new member intro board at the bottom of the welcome category, or top of the member's category.
Twitter and Discuss, should be the very top Board for the Middle of the Nest section. 14 boards in one category is very excessive, and looks unattratcive. So, now, I'm going to recommend a New section be made; and we'll see about moving a few boards from this section, to the new one.
Hobbies & Entertainment. Or however you want to name it. Move the following boards in this section, I'll I'll suggest a good order for them to go in. Movies TV & Entertainment ; Photography & Art ; The Graphx Studio ; The Sports Arena ; SMOOTH'S BIKER FAMILY & FRIENDS ( yes, i think that one board would look better for the Biker section.) And, listed at the bottom, would get better exposure, than in the middle of that section.
I honestly think you went way out of your way to please one member. The Biker Forum seems a little too much. You added 6 new boards to the main page, this coulda been much easier to make 1 Board, and have the 6 boards listed as sub-boards in that section. 1 Board with 100 posts on the index page, looks more attractive than 6 boards with 5-20 posts apiece on the index page.
You may not agree with what was these suggestions. And current members may be use to the layout; but for guests and new members it is confusing finding your way around the forum. I just hope you take some of these suggestions under consideration. I spent a very long time trying to help out what would be best for the forum layout.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your stats are great, for being just around 6 weeks old. Just over 9,000 posts is a nice achievement at such a short time span. Member growth is also looking very good. Seems alot of new members are making their way to the Nest.
I know the forum is all about fun and discussion, but it seems that the forum games section is highlighting most of the forum activity; with over 1/3 of the forum's entire post count. Also, as mentioned, I just don't feel that 6 Boards is the right move to make, just for Bikers. You have one board for Entertainment, when their are different genres of entertainment; that could generate more topics and discussions from all members, rather than a very few who will be able to actually post in one of those 6 Biker boards.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
1 admin, 2 Global mods, and 1 mod you've recently added; are good numbers for your forum staff. No need to add any more staff, at the moment. Your staff are very active on a daily basis; and do make sure to post around all sections of the forum, naking it easier for them to moderate sections as they post around. Very nice to see most keep up with each new member, and their introduction topic.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Well, your maturity shows in your proper use of spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Every board title and description is well written out, and pleasing to read. Post by you and your staff are always very well written, as well.
The only thing on a professional level, is the board layout is very disorganized. In which I have already went into great detail on ways to help clear that up. and, the chat box is a real eye sore when it's just there, and stands out from the rest of the forum theme.

What was most liked about the website/forums:
The entire look of the forum's skin, and banner. As well as the very clever images used throught the category titles, and forum icons.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The Board layout. Alot of sections are very hard to find, even when you've visited the site several times, and know where to look. I honestly think a new layout is needed, and will look more attratcive for new members of the forum, and once adjusted, current members will appreciate it as well.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
There's plenty going on at the Adult themed forum. But I rarely have much time to be active much on a daily basis. There plenty goin on for all ages, and new memebrs shouldn't be hard to gain once they visit the site. Though, i feel the $20 VIP, yearly price tag is a bit extreme. And you may not be getting too many interested in VIP with it being pricey.
