My eyes, throbbing, My nose, Running, My head pounding, My mouth Swollen. I'd just barely escape that if it wasn't for him. For what cause was that for. He may have saved my life now, But I lay here, going in and out of consciousness. Wishing for the life that he had spared me for another few hours. I ran, ran from the crowd. Hearing his screams as they tore into his flesh. Ripped his limbs from his body, He could still feel it. How could he not, He was conscious the hole time. I ran, But not to the safe house. I knew it was not going to be long until I turn into what he already is. I threw the supplies in front of the gathering spot. The spot we come in case all else fails, and it did. They will find what they need, as I am now going to be one of them. So, I sit here. Sweating, the tears running down my eyes, Not out of pain, or sorrow. But out of blood that is slowly departing from my body. Finding any way to escape, So it passes through my head. My ears are full, but not for hearing, my eyes are empty and sagging. I lay here, hoping for this to end soon. It won't it never does.

Thank you all. I have a lot more I'll share, and I write at least one short story a week so I'll keep y'all posted 😀
