As Grogu said, you put in your request for the service as normal. You'll need to check the last time you did a Posting Package to know when 50% of the time requirement is until your next one.
Example: The Jadeite package requires a wait time of 36 days. Half of that would be 18 days...so if it's been 18 days or more since you last put in your package request for a Jadeite, you can then do the next step, which would be half of the post requirements of 15. 15 doesn't half equally, so I'll let @TechWiz18 let you know if he'll accept 7 or 8 posts to meet the requirement before the Black Friday request can be submitted.
