Pros:
-Your theme looks pretty nice. It looks polished, and it's gentle on the eyes.

Cons:
-Your banner is very plain. You may wish to create a more unique banner to make your forum stand out more from the competition.

-Your forum's statistics are very low. This is off-putting to prospective members. I would recommend doing some post exchanges for some startup posts.

-Nearly all of your forums are empty (zero posts). This makes your forum look inactive to prospective members. You should make at least a few topics in each forum.

-Your index is very, very long! I would recommend trying to merge some similar forums together and deleting some unnecessary forums.

-Your layout is not very organized. I would recommend dividing your forums up into categories to make your index appear more organized. This will make your site easier to navigate.
