My friend had a really bad kidney disease. 🙁 I heard him screaming in pain once on Ventrilo. It wasn't pretty.

My cousin had a bladder infection when she was really young. D: It wasn't fun for her.

I had a girlfriend (when I was a teenager) who used to get them all the time.. That's how her dad found out she was not as innocent as he thought she was. lol

My daughter suffered from them and kidney infections for years (still does) right from a very young age, so it's not always to do with sex. She's had them so bad that her kidney's are now permanently damaged. It's not a nice thing and can really drag you down, mostly it's women that suffer but it can affect men badly too. The best remedy is to drink cranberry juice and to drink plenty of water, if that does no good then antibiotics are needed. 🙁

Oh, well Ive never heard of a boy getting one. 😛
