Blank Page Template MOD

So I was thinking about using this MOD I found on phpBB.com, http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopi ... &t=1187205

Once I downloaded it and everything, I noticed there wasnt a subsilver2 install file. So my question is simple, has anyone installed this MOD onto a subsilver2 based template and had it working? If it doesnt work at all, can anyone help me get a general outline of what a blank subsilver2 page template would look like? I need it to use sessions, and display a working "users online list". I did find some one that uses the same skin as I do with the same kinda thing I want, which can be seen here http://www.p2host.info/
