First Impressions & Appearance
When I first visited your forum, I thought I was on the portal. Then I scrolled down and discovered I was not on portal, you just had way too much on the index. You have bleach chapter links and images, but they are all different sizes. I would remove this completely, as it makes the forum look messy, but you should at least make them all the same size. Then below that you have a huge banner asking people to donate. You already have a donate button on the sidebar, this makes the forum look messy and it makes it appear you are begging for money. As for your theme and banner, I like them both. The theme flows well with the banner. I personally am a fan of dark themes. Good job selecting your theme and banner.

Site Layout
I see you have 28 boards. This is way too much. I think the perfect amount would be 10, maybe 15 at most. Does rules really need it’s own board? Why not just pin it in Announcements. Personally I find it annoying seeing forums with a whole board just for the rules. You should move Announcements to Main Stuff and remove the Announcements category. You have many boards with only one or two topics. Also, posting games doesn’t need it’s own category either. You should move that to Entertainment. In Creations, I think you should merge all the boards with 10 topics or less into one, with maybe a sub board or two. As stated above, you should remove the Promotion Centre. You could have an announcement topic for affiliates. Making these changes would really improve your forum.

Statistics and Activity
Your forum has managed to accumulate 8100 posts, and 577 members as of right now. You opened April 18th 2010. This isn’t good, it could be a lot better. This means your average posts per member is about 12. This is not good. I do not see many active members on your forum. You should invite your friends to join and maybe do an active for active exchange. Most boards have not had a post in them this week. Many have not had a single post this year! This is really terrible and discourages me from joining. To make your forum look active, you should make sure every board has a post in it in the last seven days, even if nobody else posts. If you are struggling to keep a specific board active it probably shouldn’t exist. Your activity is really something you need to work on.

Staff Moderation
I can not find a staff page anywhere, which is really something you should have. From what I can see, it appears you have 5 staff members on your forum, which is a bit much which your activity. I think you would be good with just 2 staff members for a forum of your size. You have 4 administrators, I think one or two admins is plenty. One of your admins has not even visited the forum this year. If he hasn’t visited all year what’s the point in having him? You should either get him active or demote him. You have 10 different ranks. This is too much. Really you should have 3 or 4 at most. I can not tell what any of the ranks are other than administrator. What are their jobs exactly? You and one of the other admins have over 1500 posts and are continuing to visit which is good.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
Your grammar really needs to improve. Not only are you using text talk in your posts, but your board descriptions also often use text talk. I am seeing many spelling mistakes, and missing periods. You should never use ‘u’ instead of you in a board description. The welcome box that appears when I first visit needs a capital H in hello, and a period instead of a comma at the end. You need to add proper capitals to your board descriptions. They are all very short as well, you should rewrite them and give them more details. You should change ‘posting games and other’ to Forum Games. I recommend getting someone to proof read your site for you.
