your forum looks good, but I feel the main forum board is too cluttered. I would recommend moving a lot of the side bar stuff and the scroll bar at the top to a separate webpage.

Seems a very good forum RP, but sadly I've never even watched a single episode of Bleach.
What I think is a little annoying is the transparency of all the tables (?), some words kind of disappear in the background.
