Since I have moved to college I have not had the time to run my blog anymore and I don't want to see it die down, I want to see it go into hands of someone that will continue to create content for it.

That being said I won't sell it to just anyone.

Do the links in the footer have to stay if I buy?

Also where is the hosting? And is there much traffic/ advertising revenue

No those links don't need to stay.

The hosting is at plutohosting.net

The domain is at empirehostings.com right now but you can move it if you so please.

The traffic varies on each post I advertise some find other more interesting then others, I'd say there's about 20ish unique visitors a day.
