Blog Review
First Impressions
Tidy. It is the first impression I get from your blog. The layout is simple and focus, makes it easier for viewers to find and differentiate between main content and additional content. The color scheme is a bright one too, good contrast with the content so easy to spot on. Scrolling down more to the bottom unfortunately gives me the feeling of the blog being rather 'empty' due to many blank space you have from the top near the banner/logo of your blog, the side widget space, and the footer space where you placed latest posts and an advertising banner. While the main content itself looks great, the supporting elements are a bit back behind, in my opinion. Last I'm a bit confused with the slogan of your site. You mentioned below the banner/logo of your blog that YWB is a "Money Making Guides For Young Web Entrepreneurs". However scrolling down the articles are not solely about money-making. That just makes me wonder of the actual theme/idea of what your blog is about.

Appearance
Overall YWB has quite a great appearance. Simple thus making it easy for viewers to find what they want. Still, there are areas I think you can improve to make the blog's theme even better.
Starting from the top. The category links at the top of the page is a great idea. I feel that placing the link to your forum there doesn't match the whole usage of that bar, though, to be honest. Perhaps you can move the link to forum down a bit at the banner area below the social network links since it is rather empty there. You can then use the spare space to raise the font size of the links, maybe, to make them stand out more.
Next is the banner/logo and the header area. You have a nice logo going there, even complete with the symbol/icon which you also use for the favicon. There is a lot of empty space next to the banner and before the social links icon. You can exploit that area better by posting links to great posts for example, or by pushing the slogan of your blog up there. It is very strange for me to have the banner/logo there but the slogan is below it, completely separated. You can style the words "Money Making Guides For Young Web Entrepreneurs" to put it there to make the header looks move inviting, maybe shortening it a bit to fit the space, and there you go.
Moving on the body. I have no problem with the main content (blog posts), I think they look good. For the side widget. I think the YouTube video's size is pressed a bit too much that the video is too slim and we can't see the whole width of the screen. You actually have much space at the left and right side of the body so you can widen the space for blog post area and side widget area a bit so you can place the content there properly for better view. The picture below the video looks pixelated to me, I would suggest you to fix that. You also have more blank space around half bottom of the side widget space. You can think of more content to add there, maybe your website tweets or latest comments or links to interesting articles in relation to specific theme everyday. It's your call to be creative!
Last, the footer. Again, too much blank space. You can actually move the popular posts info to the side widget and place it at the top above the video for more exposure to your posts and leave the footer entirely for advertisements if that is what you want.

Content
Generally I think you do a great job with the content in terms of writing the articles. I don't find grammatical mistakes from what I can see, and only one layout mistake in which you inserted enter in the middle of the sentence so it is divided into different lines while it is still one sentence altogether. The content is also written in words easy to understand. My main concern, as I mentioned above before, is how your site name, slogan, and posts do not seem to match each other perfectly yet. The title is clear, "Young Web Builder". Yet you used the word "money making" in the slogan. The posts themselves resemble more to website building in general than only money making. I checked the categories and the non money making categories have more posts than money making one. Although money making can be covered too at other categories a little bit, I don't think focusing your site so much in the slogan while having it completely different from the posts is not a good idea. Especially since your slogan is located at the top of the page where visitors would notice it first.
This might be minor but I noticed how several authors do not have a short detail about them at the bottom of each post and no avatar. Writing that makes readers feel that they can get to know the authors better as well, not just some random person on the internet, so you may want to add that too.
Another thing is about the ratio of posts for each category. There are categories with more posts than the others. For example, in Social Media category has seven posts included there, while for Programming category there is only one. Lack of balance between categories shows the sections which your blog (or your writers to be more specific) do/does not do well in. For this you have few options: either try to work the writers to expand their knowledge to that area, find another writer(s) to cover the area with less posts, or simply not making any posts about it but instead concentrate on the sections you are most comfortable and have most knowledge upon. Being specific, focus, as well as offering something unique and different could be a good trait to your blog as there are already many website building sites out there too instead of being general but not too in-depth.

Comments
From all the posts you currently have, in old posts there are more comments than the new one. This could be a sign that your new posts might not be as interesting as the old one, or maybe you haven't advertised it much yet for people to notice it. Those two area would need improvement. Unfortunately, in addition, the comments are only a few and mostly are short, just one line, with content more or less only saying "Nice article!" or "Thank you for sharing!". The authors of the articles didn't post any reply to the comments as well. You would have to take this into account; what is wrong with the post itself or the mistake is from the writers/authors who didn't seem to willing to engage in discussion with the visitors or is there something else wrong here. Perhaps you can share more questions instead of only giving guides to know what visitors think and to encourage more in-depth discussions.

Final Remarks
YWB is rather new for has just been started in January 2012. Considering the time the blog is online, there could still be several sections for you to improve. It is already great with the regular posts and new content. What you will have to think about is how to get visitors always interested to check back once in a while and leave a comment which is more towards sharing their experience, not a simple thank you or compliment greeting. YWB has the potential, what you need to work on now is how to explore the theme deeper and be unique.
