Blu-ray or HD DVD?

I would go for Blu-ray as I have nothing to play HD DVD

Blu-Ray...

Because i can play those on the PS3 im gunna be getting.

Id have to buy a HD DVD player..

1 thing is that the stand alone blu-ray player you got to pay more then the PS3 which is cheaper.

Yer, thats why ppeople should just get a PS3, even if they dont like it.

Blue Ray, I bought a ps3 during the summer while they were having a 5 free blue ray dvd promotion. Very clean stream, at 25 Mbps video, and 4 or so MBps Audio.

Thats like. WOW. ~!~

Blu-ray is a disc that holds 25GB on 1 layer 50GB on 2

HD DVD is a disc that holds 15GB on 1 layer and 30GB on 2

Those discs are used to put HD video on to watch in HD on a HD TV.

I'd rather have AVIx450, the latest AVI codec, with 450billion (yes, billion) DPI.

Best things:
  • It uses normal DVDs.
  • You can play it on a DVD player and normal T.V.

Oh yeah, and the discs cost about GB£5 for 10 😀

I enjoy my ps3. Blu-ray is great on my 1080i Pioneer elite tv <3

HD-DVD since i got a HD-DVD write on my pc lols. But the cds are still expensive so yerr I don't really care, Normal DVDs are fine to watch in my opinion lol as long as there is surround sound!
